Trappers in Western Montana have posted on social sites, newspapers and on their trapping forums their 3S plan. 3S is what they refer to as Shoot, Shovel and Shut-up.

This is what they do with the non-target animals that they catch in their traps.

This is what they do with your pets when captured.

Endangered and protected animals are caught in traps all of the time and this is how the trappers keep from getting arrested over it.

Trappers say they are for conservation but, I ask you how can they be for conservation when they say they aim to kill all wolves, mountain lions and other predator animals?

Trappers don't even try and hide their absolute disregard for our laws and the need for proper wildlife conservation. In reference to any anti-trapping laws forthcoming the trappers state proudly that they will ignore the laws and continue trapping and just 3S their kills. Even with current laws of a limit on wolves and mountain lions the trappers are loud and proud on their forums when they say they kill way above the limit and that they just 3S the evidence. This is the criminal, psychopathic mindset that I am up against.

Help me put a stop to these people once and for all. We the people must take back our lands from these trappers who are out to annihilate all predator animals. This will destroy our ecosystem and we can not allow that to happen. Public lands belong to all of us.

Help me take it back.

 About Us

13 January 2015

  - We'll be going back to Salmon, Idaho within the month to tie up some loose ends and gather mission critical intel.

The recent kill-derby in Salmon was thwarted and I am proud of all who helped to expose and put a stop to the massacre that it could have been. Yes, at least thirty coyotes were killed but, that is minimal to what the damage could have been if good, law-abiding conservationists had not acted to protect our public lands.

A big thank you to Brian Ertz, president of the nonprofit advocacy group Wildlands Defense and those of his group who were there to document what they could. With these trophy hunters and trapper/poachers hiding what they do because they are aware that they are wrong it is extremely difficult to get much intel at all. Brian and his team went above and beyond in helping to thwart this illegal kill-derby (note: the license to hold this derby was revoked).

We here at This Land is Our Land - Ban Trapping are still needing your help with our mission. What few field cameras we had were damaged and/or stolen by the trappers within the first week of trapping season.

We do go out with very minimal equipment so our needs are not as great as other conservation groups who are doing the same thing that we are. Others travel from distant States while we are local to the areas in Montana and Idaho which we patrol. But, it is still a dangerous thing to be doing without even that minimal equipment needed. What makes it more dangerous for us is the fact that we are local. I have ran into several of the trappers in local stores who have sent me and my family death threats and thus far, they have not recognized me. The local police do nothing about these threats because many of the police are trapper/poachers and trophy hunters as well.

Donations are still being accepted. We are only half way through the wolf trapping season. Keep in mind that trapping is legal year round in Montana currently for other animals so, this is an ongoing mission. Any help that we receive will be greatly appreciated. Paypal and GoFundMe links are both on the website. Paypal is preferred as it takes less funds to process than the other.

Thank you! ~Tom

 18 OCT 2014

    - We are gearing up for the upcoming wolf trapping season. Local trappers in Western Montana have been publicly stating that they intend to kill ALL wolves in Montana so, this will keep us very busy documenting their crimes. When a trapper is only allowed 6 tags and they say they plan on killing way more than that and just bury the rest then yes, that is a felony.

Please, if you can help us with gear or funds then we would really appreciate the help. We're putting our lives at risk just being out there when the trappers and trophy hunters are threatening to kill us on sight if they see us. So, stealth is the key. More trails cams are always needed as are high powered range finders/binoculars. We are still in need of at least one Go-Pro camera as it would free up both hands so as to better and safely navigate the rough Rocky Mountain landscape that we operate in.

Thank you to all who have supported and shared what we are doing. We've noticed that there are other conservation groups starting to do this kind of intelligence gathering in other states. We are proud to be a part of such a strong

and dedicated movement of conservationists and good hearted people.

Let's take back our public lands!
